Once a site has been selected, it can be reserved for up to three months with a refundable $20,000 deposit held by the notary. From there, choose a design from the collection or develop a custom home with Mario Adornetto.
Plans, materials, finishes, inclusions and budget are all defined before construction begins, bringing the project into clear focus from the outset.
Once the contract is signed and the construction deposit received, we take care of the permits and construction through to the handover of the keys.
A $20,000 deposit reserves a site for up to three months. The deposit is refundable, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The design mandate and professional fees are arranged directly with Mario Adornetto.
